Ten Songs About Young Ambition and Passionate Love

What to say about a third record? Having passed the second record – a typical minefield for music acts – I feel very little worry. I’ve finished recording, and have handed the record over for mastering. After which, we hand it over for specifically lacquer mastering, where it is subsequently pressed into vinyl form.

The next record, incidentally, is entitled Ten Songs About Young Ambition and Passionate Love. You see, I’m turning 39 soon, and trying to make the most of the tail end of my 30s. I’ve sought fit to tackle two pillars of indie subject matter – the young pursuits of love and success – before I eventually succumb to my 40s.

The track list:

  1. Hashtag Brooklyn Karaoke Party
  2. First Date
  3. You Have Got to Feel It
  4. More Than Romantic Love
  5. Apparently
  6. Vincent Van Gogh
  7. Gold Star
  8. Brooklyn Supredream
  9. The Hungry Years
  10. Don’t Change Me New York City

Will be working on taking some press photos in the coming weeks as well as shooting the record cover. (No, the featured image is not the record cover). Starting to shoot some video today.
